Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your SpottAI account and the associated data at any time. This page describes how to do it and what is erased.

How to request deletion

Send an e-mail to contact@spottai.app, from the e-mail address of your account, with the subject "Account deletion". We process the request within 30 days at most and confirm the erasure to you.

In-app deletion (Settings, Delete my account) will be available soon and produces the same effect.

What is deleted

• Your account and e-mail address.
• Your training profile (goal, level, equipment, preferences).
• Your health data (injuries, sensitive areas, pain, notes).
• Your session history and measurements.
• Your conversations with the coach.

What is kept, and why

Billing data (proof of payment) is kept for up to 10 years, in a minimal form, under legal accounting and tax obligations. It is used for no other purpose.

Withdrawing health consent without deleting the account

If you only want to erase your health data without deleting your account, you can withdraw the "health memory" consent from the app settings. Your health data is then erased and your account stays active.
